Aikido Basics – Tuesdays 6pm – 7pm

River Valley Aikido is now offering a Basics class every Tuesday from 6pm – 7pm. Anyone 14 and up is welcome to attend, we’ll focus on testing requirements, ukemi, technical details, and weapons. Beginners please bring loose fitting clothing (sweatpants & sweatshirts are ok) or a gi if you have one.
